One on one personal training is our most effective program. This program provides each client with individual attention allowing the trainer to thoroughly monitor the progress of the sessions. This allows the trainer to be totally focused on only that client during the session. It allows for time to teach proper nutrition, exercise form, and motivation.  Personal training is perfect for those who have never weight trained before and would like to learn from an experienced knowledgable trainer also it may be necessary for those who have previous injuries or medical issues. Personal training allows the session to be totally geared to your level of fitness and ability.  

Small group training Limited to 4 participants to allow a strong focus on weight training, each person will receive enough trainer attention to develop and maintain an effective weight lifting routine. This is not a bootcamp or body resistance only program, and will include use of all resistance training equipment as well free weight lifting and cardio.  It is an hour long and also includes free nutrition assistance and weekly weigh ins.  Truly a comprehensive program that blasts fat and develops a strong lean body.  This is an incredible value for those who would benefit from having all aspects of their fitness routine overseen by highly qualified personal trainers and enjoys the motivation of a small group in a private setting.

Bootcamp This a great way to supplement and complement your fitness routine, our bootcamp is unlike traditional bootcamp in that is structured to achieve a full body workout.  Many bootcamps focus on an abundance of plyometric and aerobic movements with a few ill timed body resistance exercises thrown in resulting in a cardio workout.  Our bootcamp is instructed by a certified personal trainer and is structured with a knowledgable approach to muscle activation and uses free weights in order to provide the most effective workout.
