Our studio is a private bright space equipped with life fitness equipment and freeweights as well as a few "secret conditioning weapons".  

Guidance  We design programs based on your specific goals and take you step by step through each and every workout.

Instruction  Our trainers have superior instruction skills and will teach you how to perform each exercise safely with good posture and execution to ensure you are performing the exercise correctly.

Accountability  We set you up on a schedule to suit your availability.  Those times will be reserved just for you. Your appointments will ensure you stay accountable. We are that extra nudge you need to get in gear.

Nutritional Support   A good exercise program would not be complete without a good diet.  Good nutrition is the base to achieving good results from your workouts, that's why nutritional support is always free.  We advise you on the best diet for your goals and help keep you aware of the foods that can sabotage your goals and the ones that will get you there faster.

Fun Workouts  We want you to look forward to your workouts.  Because of that we do everything that we can to make each workout a fun and enjoyable experience.  Trainers have excellent people skills and work hard to make you feel comfortable.  Don't get me wrong here you ARE going to work, I'm just saying you will enjoy it.

Attention  We are right there with you through every step of your journey.  We know when we can push you and we also pay attention to when it's time to back off.  Each and every workout is personalized for your current needs.  We keep details progress charts and perform weekly weigh-ins.
