Rose Galvin is the owner of Body Science Personal Training, she has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. Rose began her fitness career on the college campus in Sydney Australia teaching classes. Her love of fitness has never wavered and since her college days back in Sydney she has continuously worked as a fitness educator & mentor to hundreds of people over the years, always seeking to further her knowledge of new developments in the fitness industry in order to provide her clients with the best program possible. Rose has worked for some of the finest clubs on the South Shore and her success as a trainer led her to open her own studio. One of Rose's many credentials is "Cancer Exercise Specialist", one of only a few in the area. Rose is also a health & fitness educator/speaker for Lifecycle Focus and delivers seminars and workshops for many companies throughout Boston.
Rose meets with every client prior to their first session and oversees all programs. She is always available to address clients concerns. Rose takes a genuine interest in every client, their goals and well being.
Laurie earned a degree in exercise science and has been a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor for many years. She is motivating, professional, kind, and is ready to take on new clients!
Kim joined her first gym when she was 13 and hasn’t stopped going since. She’s passionate about the way moving and strength training makes her feel mentally and physically, in and out of the gym. In 2017 she left her corporate job to pursue fitness full time. She immediately started working in a boutique studio training individuals and small groups in Baltimore until she moved back to Boston this year. Her client base ranges from beginners of all ages, pre/post-natal fitness, and advanced athletes. She is loves using strength training to help her clients move and feel better in their daily lives!

Nelson became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as earning a bachelors degree in nutrition. His philosophy revolves around helping his clients build a healthy lifestyle with commitment to exercise and nutrition. His attention to delivering the best personal training is evident in the results of his clients. He always has a smile on his face and is possibly one of most pleasant people you will ever meet.

Ashley attended the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. In doing so, she was trained to work with clients from various different age and demographic groups with varying fitness backgrounds. She is a full-time clinical research coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute and trains clients at Body Science part-time. She has also interned intermittently at UMass Medical School in the Center for Applied Nutrition where she worked with patients on designing a nutrition program that complied with their personal lifestyle. She loves running and making upbeat playlists for a high intensity workout!
