We are located at 1 Elm Street in Braintree on the corner of Washington Street, opposite Nancy's Spa, Tuxedo Time and Brian's Bakery. Convenient to Quincy, Milton and Weymouth and less than one minute from the Washington Street exit off route 3. Our beautiful space has a sleek, newly renovated, spotless interior. Our top-of-the-line Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, along with the best functional training equipment, will make for a great fitness experience. Our trainers are highly educated, motivated, and are extremely supportive of their clients' their fitness journey.
