We are so excited to bring reformer pilates to Braintree! Our beautiful new studio is also convenient to Quincy, Milton, Weymouth and all South Shore towns. We are proud to offer an introductory special to welcome you to our studio.
4 x 30 min private sessions or 2 x 60 min sessions $150.
Want to drop in for a 1/2 or 1 hour private session. A minimum of 4 x1/2 hour private sessions is advised before participating in small group classes.
Pilates is a mindbody exercise that improves the way you feel and perform. It builds strength, engages postural muscles as well as improving stability and balance. Pilates is for everyone from individuals who sit or stand all day and need relief from related movement dysfunction, or marathon runners and couch potatoes.
With a private one on one reformer session your instructor can tailor your session to your specific needs and ability. Our equipment is a state of the art Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer which is highly sought after due to its comfortable and smooth experience. The allegro 2

We hit it all in every 55-minute class – full-body strength conditioning, core training, cardio intervals, flexibility, and balance.
No need for a separate trip to the gym. We all know how important cardio is and it's all included here at Body Science Personal Training. When you book a private session you can spend up to 30 minutes on our Life Fitness cardio equipment prior to your session for a well rounded fitness experience (not available for class participants). Take it one step further and combine personal training in our newest program to get in the best shape of your life. Learn about our 2-1-8 method which combines 2 personal training sessions, 1 pilates class or session every week along with 8000 steps per week.
We offer drop in sessions as well as membership. A membership will enable you to have a reserved time slot and priority booking. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

Pilates is a strength and flexibility-building form of exercise that focuses on controlled movements to increase mobility, improve posture, and strengthen muscles. It’s often compared to yoga but has some key differences, including a real focus on the core and abs area and a different approach to breathing techniques.
Some of the benefits of Pilates including increasing range of motion in your joints, building stronger more resilient muscles, improving flexibility and mobility, and easing the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) Pilates also helps to increase spinal mobility by moving the spine in all planes of movement like flexion, extension, lateral and rotation. Being able to move your spine in all directions and ranges of movement is important to maintain and improve mobility throughout your life.
