At Body Science Personal Training, you only pay for the time you spend with your trainer. We do not charge a fee for cardio equipment usage.
Consultation, Fitness Assessment, Nutritional guidance, and monthly weigh-ins: free
Finding the program and environment that is right for you is important. This is one of the reasons we offer a free consultation. We invite you to tour our studio and have you sit down with the owner, Rose Galvin, to discuss your goals and how we can help you reach them. We will discuss your current eating habits and provide guidance. If you decide to train with us we will discuss scheduling and program design based on your goals, history, and availability.
One-on-One Personal Training
Our personal training rates are among the lowest in the greater Boston area at under $48 per session with an 8-session minimum. With your training package, you also receive a personalized nutrition plan and ongoing nutritional guidance. Monthly weigh-ins are just another benefit of our one-on-one personal training packages.
One-on-One Yoga
$45 per person for 30 minutes
One-on-One Assisted Stretching with a NASM certified coach
$45 per person for 30 minutes
